The Cardo is a new building for the university of strasbourg that is hosting for example the political science faculty. Some positives are that the building has a good café with cheap coffee, a good bike parking space and a good library for studying. Unfortunately there is no good common area to hang out and eat lunch, talk or just sit down with your friends. The building itself has a few problems like being cold and a few water leaks, and it really lacks personality. At least it's situated quite central in the town with restaurants and cafés nearby.
