No disability access (or for parents with push chairs). For the largest library in one of the largest cities in France you would expect them to have got this right...(Update July 2023) almost six months after the Mairie internet hacking still no ability to borrow books or get a library card. Not sure where the taxes are being spent, but it's certainly not going on enriching the culture or intelligence of the populace
